2 ways to connect: PUSH or PULL

There are the IBEDA quick couplings for gas with 2 different locking mechanisms. Depending on your taste, you have the choice between a pull (pull) or push (push) lock. The properties of the quick coupling are also identical. Only the movement of the locking sleeve differs.

Certified quality thanks to BAM testing and additional testing for a longer service life

The one-hand quick coupling for hoses has successfully passed a voluntary special test by the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) and has been certified for its durability of 6000 coupling test cycles. Compared to the required standard of 1000 cycles, the hose coupling was still fully functional and gas-tight after this test. The hose coupling has thus set a new standard for all applications in welding technology and is also ideal for tough industrial use.

During the test, the hose couplings showed a service life that was more than five times longer than required by the standard. They are therefore ideal for standard applications in welding and gas technology and particularly for tough industrial use in steel works, shipyards, in the offshore area and in opencast mining.

The one-hand quick couplings from IBEDA according to EN 561/ ISO 7289 were tested according to paragraph 7.7 of EN 561 for endurance with 6000 clutch test cycles and then according to; Paragraph 9.7 checked for gas tightness. After this test, the couplings were still fully functional and gas-tight.
