Revocation for Consumers

Consumers have the right to revoke an order, within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the transport firm, takes possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us accordingly: maku Industrie GmbH & Co. If you wish, you can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form (not mandatory).

The date when you send the withdrawal of your order counts as the date of the withdrawal. (Not the date when it reaches us)

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke the order; we will refund the purchase price in full as well as the cost for standard shipping (If you opted for a more expensive type of transport we will not refund the extra costs). We will send this reimbursement within fourteen days of our receiving notification of your withdrawal from the contract.  For this repayment we use the same payment means that you used for the original transaction, unless you have been expressly requested a different payment method. You will receive the full amount without any additional administration costs.  We will withhold repayment until we receive the goods back again or until we have proof that they have been dispatched, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods without further delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The conditions of withdrawal have been met if you dispatch the goods within the period of fourteen days after you have notified intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. You bear the costs of returning the goods. If the goods show signs of wear above that which is normal when inspecting and testing them, you will be required to pay for the depreciation in their value.
