During the order process you have the possibility to check the price for the delivery and the possibility to use "Express" shipping method (currenty only available in Germany).
We ship our products via DHL Premium or DHL Express.
Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
In the case of incorrect delivery addresses, the customer bears the costs for a new shipment.
The shipping costs depend on the country, the chosen type of shipping and the weight.

With DHL Parcel International Premium, the shipment is handed over to a local delivery service in the destination country. In some countries, package tracking ends at this point.
With DHL Express Worldwide, DHL Express handles the delivery itself. Package tracking is guaranteed throughout the entire process.
