Thermal Management by Parker

The Thermal Management division at Parker offers complete connectivity solutions for thermal management in information technologies (processor cooling, server cooling, rack cooling), energy management (solar and wind energy), transportation (cooling of trains, electric vehicles and ships) and in industrial applications (cooling of machines and production lines, e.g. for semiconductors, lasers, plastics processing, electronics). Thermal Management from Parker includes the entire liquid cooling system with quick couplings, fittings, hoses, manifolds, accessories and venting valves.
The individual components are selected to suit the application. There are different materials for the Thermal Management quick coupling and different seals and connection sizes. For control cabinets, for example, a special coupling system (RNS series) has been developed, which makes coupling and locking the cooling circuits on the racks much easier.

Avoiding leaks

In many work environments such as server rooms and in electronic machines, it is essential not to lose any liquid when the cooling line is disconnected. With its dry break system and FlatFace valves, the thermal management quick coupling is dead space-free and drip-free. The flat-sealing valve design reliably prevents leakage during the coupling and uncoupling process, thereby protecting the sensitive electronics and all electrical connections.

 

Compact design for tight spaces

The reduction in the size of our thermal management couplings and connectors enables them to be used even in the tightest of spaces. There is often only limited space for cooling in control cabinets, server racks and machines that need to be cooled. Small dimensions combined with a relatively high flow rate ensure very good application options for temperature control.
Low pressure drop ensures energy savings while maintaining optimal performance of the cooling system.
