In hard-to-reach screw transactions, hexagon socket screws are particularly good, since only the head must be accessible from above. You can also sink space-saving if protruding screw heads bother as hexagon screws.
Compared to an equal cross slot screw, the hexagon socket screw can absorb about tenfold torque.
