- Type 6 – Cup-Shaped Grinding Wheels (straight)
- Type 11 – Cup-Shaped Grinding Wheels (tapered)
Type 27 discs are used at an angle (30º and 45º) to the workpiece.
These discs are not suitable for flat grinding.
Type 28 discs resemble a saucer in shape and feature contours that ensure the correct grinding angle. Therefore, Type 28 discs are suitable for flat contact with the workpiece.
The Dotco Random Orbital and Orbital Sanders Series 12 – 18 feature a low profile, ensuring better control of the sanding work and a better finish. They are light in weight and low in vibration. They thus reduce operator fatigue and improve production capability.
Depending on the application requirement, you have the choice between models with a 3/16-inch (black lever) and a 3/32-inch (chrome lever) orbital pattern. All models come with three interchangeable grips and adapt to every hand in your factory. Models with extraction function are particularly effective and feature even better efficiency through excellent dust extraction.
The Dotco Belt Sanders Series 12 – 23 can grind edges, reach notches, deburr, remove paint, and tackle channels. The unique belt cover facilitates belt changes. You can now use non-woven nylon or coated abrasive belts on different surfaces.
The unique grinding attachments can swivel 360°, giving the operator exceptional flexibility when working in hard-to-reach areas. The belt cover can be removed and attached quickly and without additional tools, ensuring a fast change. The arm itself can also be exchanged, adapting to different applications.
