Push-Lok® Push-On Hose for Quick and Secure On-Site Assembly
The Parker Push-Lok® push-on hose system guarantees quick and secure assembly for low-pressure hose lines directly on-site. No tools or aids are required for the assembly of the Push-Lok® hose. Simply pushing the hose fitting into the Push-Lok® hose is sufficient. The push-on hose is fully assembled in seconds. Hose clamps, tapes, clips, or wires are unnecessary.
The Push-Lok® hose is resistant to many media – such as air, water, hydraulic fluids, lubricating oil, coolants, and antifreeze. In combination with the simple assembly principle, many application possibilities open up, such as vehicle and engine construction, welding, paper and packaging machines, car repair shops, suction and drain lines, pneumatic controls, compressed air tools, coolant equipment, and thyristor controls.
The selection of 6 colors allows for optimal identification for maintenance intervals, consumption planning, media use, etc. It does not matter whether the Push-Lok® push-on hose system is used for low-pressure ranges or vacuum.

Advantages of the Push-Lok® hose:
- high abrasion resistance of the outer layer
- wide range of applications in industry
- large pressure temperature ranges
- optimal media identification through a large variety of colors
- Silicone- and LABS-free (free of paint wetting impairment substances)
- simple assembly due to low nipple insertion forces
- tight bending radii and high hose flexibility
- Weld spatter resistant outer layer (837PU)
The great benefit of the Push-Lok® system:
- long service life
- low assembly costs
- product guarantee by Parker
- universally applicable
- clear assignment through colors
The large selection of push-on hoses:
9 hose types are available in rubber, thermoplastic, and hybrid.

Cut the hose at a right angle with a sharp knife. If necessary, the nipple end can be moistened with water or soap solution for easier assembly.

Insert the nipple into the hose and press it in quickly until it stops. The hose should be held about 2.5 cm behind the cutting point.

Use a knife to cut the hose slightly diagonally to the longitudinal axis. The ribs of the nipple must not be damaged.

Pull the nipple out of the hose and reuse it.
