Quick Connect Couplings for Test Benches

Before installation, engines or pumps are usually put through their paces in the analysis area under a wide variety of real conditions. On test benches, various media lines such as fuel, oil, water, and coolant lines must be quickly connected and disconnected securely and without the risk of mix-ups.

Short set-up times, small dimensions, and the highest level of protection against leaks make our quick-release couplings the first choice. We design our coupling system, which has been proven for years, directly for your application and adapt it precisely to your tolerances, nipple profiles, hose connections, threads, and requirements.

Additional Information: The coupling systems can be equipped with highly durable special plastic locking balls for optimised and material-friendly handling – for example, made of PEEK.

This reduces damage to the profile tubes. Contamination from chips in the system is thus virtually eliminated, and a high level of process reliability is guaranteed. The failure rate during tests is extremely minimised, as no damage can occur in pumps, engines, and circuits due to the chipping of shavings from the profiles during frequent coupling.
