Function of Transair® Technology

The fast and simple assembly of Transair® is based on its innovative technology: quick connection of the components to the aluminium pipe.

The technology takes into account the specific requirements for each diameter and offers the user optimal safety and ease of handling.

 

Drawing Transair: Ø 16.5, Ø 25 and Ø 40

 

The connecting elements in Ø 16.5, Ø 25 and Ø 40 can be immediately pushed onto the Transair® pipe. You only have to insert the pipe into the connector up to the mark. The toothed washer is thereby tensioned, and the connection is secure.

 

Drawing Transair: Ø 63

 

The connecting elements in Ø 63 can be quickly mounted onto the Transair® aluminium pipe thanks to the two half-shells. These ensure the connection between the pipes. Tightening is done by simply screwing them together.

 

Drawing Transair: Ø 76 and Ø 100

 

The connecting elements in Ø 76 and Ø 100 can be quickly connected to the Transair® aluminium pipe. You only have to slide the pipes to be connected into the Transair® cartridge (component with sealing function) and then tighten the Transair® clamp (component for secure connection).
