Electric spindles and brush motors from Mannesmann Demag

Mannesmann Demag, the Swabian specialist for motors, is expanding its portfolio in the field of electric drive technology with two innovative new developments: the new electrically operated brush motors and the powerful electric grinding spindle.

The new brush motors feature an optimized gearbox with a quick-change chuck, which enables the flexible use of brushes of different diameters at variable speeds (700–6,500 rpm) – all with a single drive. Thanks to constant speed and stable torque, they always deliver perfect brushing results, even in demanding applications.

The product range is complemented by the new electric grinding spindle. With a speed range of 6,000 - 40,000 rpm at 600 W (48 V), it guarantees the highest precision when grinding - consistent, powerful, and low-vibration. Here, too, the speed remains stable, and performance drops are a thing of the past.
