With a pre-assembly tool, the manual assembly of EO fittings is significantly simplified and improved. Using a VOMO can ensure that the cutting ring cuts into the tube safely without damaging the cone of the fitting. VOMO pre-assembly tools were developed for proper manual assembly of EO tube fittings.
VOMO pre-assembly tools are subject to natural wear and tear, which can lead to assembly errors. Therefore, a test must be carried out with a cone-template after 50 assemblies at the latest and the tool must be replaced if it is damaged or worn.
