Product information "PA20SAG5R050A Angle seat valve"

Parker's pneumatically controlled angle seat valves with 3/4" BSP connection are the ideal choice for handling demanding media. Thanks to their robust piston actuator, they are perfectly suited for viscous, particulate, or corrosive fluids. Even under extreme conditions with temperatures up to 180 °C and operating pressures up to 16 bar, these valves ensure reliable performance at flow rates of up to 150 l/min.

Your advantages at a glance

  • High efficiency: Compact design combined with impressive flow rates.
  • Transparency in operation: A visual position indicator is included as standard.
  • Extreme temperature range: Safe operation from -10 °C to 180 °C.
  • Safety: Damped closing action to prevent from water hammer (medium under seat).
  • Maximum service life: The stainless steel actuator housing guarantees durability, even in steam and aggressive environments.
  • Certified quality: Conforms to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and Directive 94/9/EC for use in ATEX zones (1/21 and 2/22).
  • Flexibility: Can be installed in any position while maintaining a leak-proof seal.

Versatile applications

These angle seat valves cover a wide range of industrial process applications:

  • Food & Pharmaceuticals: Processing of food, beverages, and cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
  • Energy & Steam: Steam supply for sterilizers and industrial applications. Laundry equipment.
  • Cooling & Air Conditioning: Applications in cooling systems for injection molding machines, as well as in heat exchangers and air dryers.
  • Process Engineering: Chemical industry and applications involving aggressive liquids.
