CellClutch cordless assembly tools enable simple, programmable torque control for your production.

CellClutch™ offers a torque control for functional screwdriving cases, and this is programmable for up to 7 levels to avoid errors when screwing in. The Tools have speed regulation and ensure long-term repeatability and accuracy in the screwing process.

• Reduction of operating errors – The presetting of the torque on the tool side and the screw status display using colored lights (green = OK, red = NOK) make it easier to handle the device correctly. Avoid errors when screwing in and double screwing with adjustable speeds and programmable screwing sequences.
  
  
• Benefits of connectivity – The optional WiFi (2.4 & 5 GHz) and Bluetooth Low Energy (v4.2) connectivity of the Connect models allows you to adjust settings, access real-time reports, data is tracked and counts are performed when the device is connected to the mPro Controller platform. A connection with a smartphone app is in preparation.
  
  
• Uniform Battery Platform – The Milwaukee® M18 Red Lithium battery is compatible with the entire battery products range. This enables economical storage of accessories.
  
  
• Uncomplicated commissioning – Setting the desired torque is a quick and easy process that consists of 3 steps: carry out a screw connection, read the torque and then make adjustments. Another screw connection serves to confirm that the target torque has been achieved.
  
  
• Speed control – The speed settings can be changed quickly and easily according to the requirements of the screwing job.
  
  
• Ergonomic design – The battery operation means there is no need for annoying cables and hoses. The low weight makes working easier.
